Topographic survey of a plot on Trivale Street, Pitești, Argeș, for the construction of a luxury residence.

I have conducted a topographic survey of a plot located on Trivale Street in Pitești, Argeș, intended for the construction of a luxury residence. For this project, I utilized drone photogrammetry with the Mavic 3 Enterprise model, accompanied by a Geomax GPS, to capture precise terrain data. These data were processed in-office using specialized software, and the result was integrated into Stereo 70 coordinates to ensure compatibility with existing cadastral documentation. Following processing, I generated a point cloud in E57 format, providing a detailed representation of the terrain, and a zonal orthophoto plan in TIFF format, suitable for visual analysis of the area. The topographic survey also included contour lines and all relevant terrain details, with the generated mesh exported in DXF format. Additionally, I provided the necessary grid for integrating the zonal orthophoto plan, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation for the construction project.
