3D scanning of Ion Gh. Rosca Osica de Sus, jud. Olt

We realized the complete 3D scan of Ion Gh. Roșca High School in Osica de Sus, Olt County, including both exterior and interior scans of the building. The project was integrated into the Stereo 70 coordinate system to facilitate the cadastral documentation process and for further use of the data. In this work, we used drone photogrammetry to obtain a zonal orthophotogrammetry and a 3D color model of the building facade. An important aspect of the project was the fine alignment of the two point clouds generated, one from 3D scanning and the other from photogrammetry, to ensure a complete and accurate 3D reconstruction of the building. All the obtained data were handed over to the architectural firm together with the cadastral in DWG format, which included the grid necessary for the introduction of the zonal orthophoto for detailed analysis of the area. The data was delivered directly from the firm’s server for further use in the high school modernization and development project.
